Speedflex Blade limited warranty

  • Speedflex (UK & Ireland) Limited (“Speedflex”) offers the following limited warranty on the Speedflex Blade (“the SF Blade”). The SF Blade must be used indoors and at home, for personal, domestic use only otherwise the warranty will be invalid. Certain exclusions apply as outlined below.
  • Speedflex will not accept any liability under the limited warranty unless the person seeking to rely on it is the original purchaser or, in the event that ownership of the SF Blade is transferred, the new owner (provided that the new owner can produce a letter or chain of letters from the original purchaser and/or subsequent purchasers (where appropriate) which show the transfer of the benefit of the guarantee to the new owner of the SF Blade). Any transfer of the benefit of the guarantee shall also be conditional upon Speedflex receiving written notice by the transferor that a transfer of ownership of the SF Blade has taken place. Such notice will be deemed to be received if it is sent by email to the Speedflex support team at sales@speedflex.com.
  • If ownership of the SF Blade is transferred to another home which is not within mainland United Kingdom, or if the SF Blade is installed or re-installed in a location which is not suitable for safe use (in accordance with our terms of use and safety information), then the limited warranty shall be invalidated.
  • In order to make a valid warranty claim, you must provide Speedflex with the serial number of your SF Blade and a dated proof of purchase.
  • Claims must be made within the relevant warranty period.
  • SF Blade frame – 5 years: Speedflex warrants the frame of the SF Blade against material defects and workmanship for four years from the date of delivery to the customer’s home.
  • SF Blade Tablet Interface – 12 months: Speedflex warrants the SF Blade’s Tablet Interface against material defects and workmanship for twelve months from the date of delivery to the customer’s home.
  • Labour – 12 months: Speedflex will cover the labour cost of any repair or replacement claim made under this warranty for a period of twelve months from the date of delivery to the customer’s home.
  • Shoulder pads, handle grips and resistance bands (together “the parts”) – 12 months: Speedflex warrants the original parts supplied at point of purchase against any material defects and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of delivery to the customer’s home. The parts are not warranted against normal wear and tear and if any of the parts start to show signs of wear and tear they must not be used and they must be reported to Speedflex.   • No parts should be repaired or replaced other than with Speedflex approved parts and by a Speedflex approved engineer. Otherwise the warranty becomes void. Any replaced or repaired part using Speedflex approved parts and engineers will continue to be covered by warranty for the remaining warranty period as outlined above. 
The following is NOT covered by the limited warranty:
  • Any SF Blade or parts which have been used for any business, professional, trade or work purposes;
  • Fair wear and tear of the SF Blade or parts;
  • Deliberate or accidental damage;
  • Damage or faults caused by misuse of the SF Blade or parts;
  • Damage or faults caused by the use, storage or positioning of the SF Blade and/or parts otherwise than in accordance with our instructions manual and recommendations;
  • Damage or faults you could have avoided by taking reasonable action, including following our reasonable instructions for use.
